All the Veldhoven based employee Networks have come together to bring you the second edition of an awesome summer event! Join us for an afternoon and evening filled with activities, networking opportunities and workshops. And also, why not relaxing on the lakeside beach or take a dip in the water? Don’t miss out on this fun and engaging experience!

Tickets only for ASML employees. Their friends / family members can join for FREE (no tickets needed). 

Buy only 1 ticket per ASML employee. For each ticket, you will receive 30 EUR worth of coupons to spend during the event. Additional coupons can be directly brought at the venue.

Make sure you use ASML email address for check-out. Tickets on other email address will be cancelled.

Event Details:

1. Open to ASML employees with their family / friends and kids

2. Various Food options (BBQ including vegetarian options)

3. Many activities to network and have fun with your colleagues (sports and games)

Activities:

1. Music by DJ 

2. Activities for adults - Swimming, volleyball, dance workshops, cocktail workshops etc. Once activities are finalized, we will open separate sign-up per activity.

3. Activities for kids - Swimming, Bouncy castle, Water Glide slide with air tire, Climbing Tower, kids games / activities and more to be published soon.

Venue Information:

Large area (with plenty of shade and trees) and a beach reserved for us, more details can be found here Home - Resort Veldhoven (voorheen Witven). Venue map including location of various activities will be made available soon.

Parking details:

Car / vehicle parking is NOT available at the venue, please park at ASML's P3 parking lot which is just 5 mins walk from the venue. In case your car's license plate is not registered with ASML, make sure to bring your ASML badge to access the car park. 

As parking at the venue is very limited, it will be reserved for people with special needs, organizers, and personnel supporting event management. Everyone else is strongly advised to park at ASML's P3, as it is only 5 minutes walking from there. Contact us if you need support with parking at the venue for special needs.

Bringing extra family or friends?  No problem! If they’re coming in a separate car, they can still park in P3 — just make sure to register them and their car's license plate in advance. You can do that in planon.  

Ample of bike parking available at the venue. 

Additional relevant information for parking:

• Visitors (those not in possession of an ASML badge) cannot enter the garage after 7pm
• Do not park in spaces marked for Shift Workers – these are reserved!
• EV parking is for electric vehicles only
• Non-ASML employees must be registered as visitors (via planon) and obtain a QR code to access the garage
• If you have trouble entering the garage, use the intercom button. In this case, you must use the intercom button to exit as well.

Note: Check-in desk will provide 30 EUR vouchers only till 19:00 and will close after that. Arriving after 19:00 will still be possible but there won't be any vouchers left. So please come in time (before 19:00).

Please be aware that the we will be taking photographs and potentially filming at this event. If this causes an issue, please let our photographer know during the event and they will not take your photo. Note: by attending this event, you and your invited guests have agreed to the following statement:

‘I give permission to "all the Employee Networks of ASML" to use my photographs and other media such as film, for promotional material, social media channels and publications, for which it may be suitable.’
